LET IT RIDE POKER

If you have played Stud Poker, you will be familiar with the rules of Let it Ride Poker, as your Poker hand is made up of cards dealt face up to the player, combined with hidden community cards. The rules of Let it Ride Poker are very simple, and it makes for a fast moving, exciting game that can be picked up in minutes and played for hours. You are not playing against a Dealer, or other players, so it’s also similar to Video poker, where you are trying to get Poker hands based on fixed paytables.

InterCasino Let it Ride Poker Table

The Let it Ride Poker table has three betting sections to it, and the game is started when you place an ‘Ante’ bet. This results in three cards being dealt to the player, face up, and two cards being dealt face down, the Community cards. You are trying to make a hand of two 10’s or better, (see paytable below), and based on the three cards that you can see, you must decide whether to ‘Raise’ your bet or ‘Continue’. If you choose to Continue, then the first community card is turned over, without any further bet being made. If you choose to Raise your bet, a second bet, equal to the Ante bet is made, and after that, the first community card is turned over. You now have 4 cards face up, and one face down, and the betting round is repeated one more time. Your decision on whether to Raise or Continue in the second betting round depends on the 4 face up cards.

Let it Ride Poker strategy

– It’s easy to remember the Let it Ride Poker strategy, like the game, it’s very simple, and helps to make this a fast moving game, because you don’t need to study any strategy charts, or remember lots of different card combinations. In the first betting round, you should Raise  if you have a pair of 10’s or better, for a 1 to 1 payout. If you have 3 cards to a Royal Flush, or 3 cards to a Straight Flush, you should Raise. In the second betting round, you should Raise if you have  a pair of 10’s or better, a 4 card Flush, 4 cards 10’s or better, or any 4 cards in sequence.

Many online casinos offer a bonus side bet, but the big house edge on this bet makes it not worth considering.
