How much do you charge? Do you charge hourly?
We treat each case individually and the job/programme is priced as a total price. We do not charge hourly. All prices are subject to a site visit.
How do we make payment for services?
All call outs must be paid for in advance, the remaining amount will be invoiced. All services and programmes must be paid for within 14 calendar days of the job/programme being completed.
How much notice do we need to give to arrange a repair or set up a maintenance programme?
We always ask that you give as much notice as possible but we understand that in some cases that an emergency may occur where notice isn't possible.
Will everything be cleaned or repaired on site?
Yes, all repairs and cleaning will be carried out on site.
Will we be required to get all of the fixtures and fittings?
This depends on each individual case and what is needed.
Is there a premiuim for the 24hour call out?
Yes there will be an additional charge for all emergency call outs. This will vary on each job.
Our office is fully occupied by staff in the week. Do you do weekend call outs?
We do work at weekends, there will be slight price increase for weekend services.
