HOW TO PLAY STRAVAGANZA Available exclusively at Playtech powered casinos, like Totesport Casino and Bet365, Stravaganza is a mix between Blackjack and Casino War, where the aim is to get a 3 card hand total greater than the dealers. The Player starts the game by making a bet, sometimes called the Ante bet, and is then dealt 2 cards, face up. The Dealer get 3 cards, face down. The Player then has a number of options. - Fold. If the Players card values add up to less than 5, the player can Fold, and have their bet refunded. - If the card value is between 6 and 9, the player can Fold and get 1/2 the Ante bet refunded. - Player can 'Sit'. If the card value is 10 or over, the player can Sit, and continue the game without making any more bets. The player cannot fold if the hand value is 10 or more. - Player can 'Play On'. By making a second bet, equal to the Ante bet. The player then recieves a third card. Once the player decides what action to take, the dealer reveals his cards, and the result of the round is decided. - If the players hand is greater than the dealers, the bet pays out at Evens. - If the player has 3 cards of the same value, the bet pays out at 3 to 1. - If the player has 3 Face cards, the bet pays out at 3 to 2. - If the dealers hand is greater than the players, the dealer wins, and the bets are lost. - Bets are returned on a Tie. Red Aces Rule. - If the dealers first card is a red Ace card, then the Ante bet loses, and the second bet is refunded. If the dealers second or third cards are a red Ace, both bets lose.
