Terms and Conditions

  • By ordering from LUOF you or your company agree to the following terms and conditions below.
  • All prices are for individual items and are subject to availability. Orders are only confirmed when confirmed by writing, email or invoice.
  • All prices are checked for errors; however there always may be an occasion when an incorrect price is displayed. If a price is shown incorrectly then we reserve the right to rectify or cancel the order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order before or after payment has been made and we will make a refund the same way that the payment was made.
  • All prices excluding VAT (currently at 20%)
  • We accept payment by BACS, Cheque, PayPal or Cash. All payments must be cleared in full in our account before delivery will be made.
  • We do not offer credit to our customers, however in exceptional circumstances we may be able to come to an agreement.
  • Payment must be made within 48hours of the order being placed to secure your stock.

If payment hasn’t been received in this time then your stock will be released and re-sold.

  • Items are sold from stock and are available for immediate delivery
  • We understand that an immediate delivery isn’t always possible and we will hold your order for you upon receipt of payment. We will agree a delivery/collection time with you at the time of placing your order. Delivery will need to be made no later than 14 days after this agreed date unless otherwise agreed. In the event that we are unable to contact you or an agreement has been made, then your stock will be released and re-sold.
  • Deliveries are carried out 7am-7pm Monday – Friday either by our own internal delivery team or a third party courier. Saturdays are available for delivery at a premium.
  • If you require an exact delivery date then please contact us and we will do our best to work towards this.
  • Your order may be sent out on a pallet and where other furniture may be used to secure your order in place. You will not have been charge for this furniture. It is your responsibility to make sure that the pallet and excess furniture are disposed of properly.
  • When delivery has been booked we will try to give you an estimated delivery time window. This is not a confirmed delivery time and is only used as a guideline.
  • Delivery is to the entrance door only; this does not include any other rooms.
  • We will inform you of your delivery date, however if a delivery is missed then a re-delivery charge will be incurred. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery once payment has been made. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • If you have received your goods and they have not been checked please ensure that you sign for the delivery as ‘Unchecked’.
  • If installation is required then please contact the sales team and they will be able to discuss this with you.
  • Unwanted goods may be collected by our internal delivery team at the same charge as the delivery cost. You are also welcome to return the order at your own expense within 7 days of delivery.
  • Goods taken out of the original wrapping and goods assembled either by our company or the customer are not returnable.
  • On delivery/collection the whole order must be checked for missing parts, fixings etc. Any missing parts must be reported within 24hours of the delivery being received.
  • All damages and faults must be reported within 24hours of the delivery / collection and will be rectified as soon as possible.
  • Although these items are generally in good used condition, they have been used and therefore may have some general wear and tear. Any major condition defects will be mentioned in the listing. Due to our items being used, please assume they do not come with a key. If a key is required please contact us and we may be able to acquire one for an additional charge, this may increase the delivery time frame.
  • All furniture is the property of LUOF until payment has been received by the customer or company.
  • If you have been honoured delivery of your order before the total payment has been received and payment has not been made in the time that was agreed, then LUOF reserve the right to recover the goods.
